Lightweight and high quality
The density of Titanium Ball is about 4.51g/cm³, which is about 40%-45% lighter than that of stainless steel spheres. It can withstand high mechanical impact without increasing the burden on the system. Taking the typical Ti-6Al-4V titanium alloy as an example, its tensile strength can reach 950 MPa, which makes it stable under high-load operation conditions and not easy to deform or break.
Excellent corrosion resistance
A dense and stable titanium oxide film can be formed on the surface of our product, which can resist corrosion from a variety of acid and alkali media, including chlorides, salt water, seawater, nitric acid and organic acids. Compared with ordinary stainless steel balls, after being immersed in 5% sodium chloride solution for 1000 hours, there is no obvious corrosion on the surface of the TM0158 Titanium Balls, while carbon steel balls and some stainless steel balls have rust spots.
Excellent high temperature resistance
Titanium materials can still maintain structural stability at high temperatures, and the upper limit of the operating temperature of Ti-6Al-4V alloy can reach 400°C-500°C. This product will not soften, melt or fail even under long-term thermal cycles or high-temperature friction conditions. It is particularly suitable for high-temperature working environments such as high-temperature valves, precision seals and thermal fluid systems.
