The Titanium 6A1-4V Grade 5 Block is made of titanium and its alloys (such as Ti-6Al-4V, Grade 5), which have extremely high strength. Their tensile strength can reach 950 MPa, while their density is only 4.51 g/cm³, which is only about 60% of stainless steel.
Excellent Corrosion Resistance
A dense and stable titanium oxide film can naturally form on the surface of titanium materials, which can maintain stability even in high-concentration chloride or strong acid environments. This passive oxide film can be quickly regenerated after mechanical damage, making this product perform well in highly corrosive industries such as marine and chemical industries. Compared with ordinary stainless steel, its service life can be extended by 2-3 times, reducing the frequency of equipment replacement due to corrosion.
Excellent High Temperature Resistance
Our products can work for a long time in an environment up to 600℃ without losing stability, mainly due to its crystal structure that can still maintain good strength and oxidation resistance at high temperatures.
